What place in the world do you never want to visit? Why?
Honestly… I don’t think there’s any place in the world I never want to visit.
.
Plot twist, right? 😏
.
Because the places I’ve already been to…
even if everything wasn’t perfect — the memories still are.
And the places I haven’t seen yet?
I’m way too excited about them to reject them already 🌍✨
.
But here’s the real tea ☕️
.
We humans have this very special talent…
of taking one tiny incident,
zooming into it like a microscope 🔍
and then carrying it in our hearts like lifetime luggage 🧳
.
(I was CEO of this habit, by the way 👀)
.
I used to hold on…
overthink…
stay quiet so no one else feels bad…
and somehow end up being the only one feeling bad 🤡
.
Because obviously,
people will still complain…
no matter how gently you try to exist.
.
But then life (okay… let’s be honest — my Krishna 🪈💛)
slowly made me understand something simple:
.
My job is to do my part.
People’s job is to have opinions.
.
And guess what?
Everyone is doing their job perfectly 😂
.
So why should I be the only one overworking emotionally?
.
Now I choose peace.
I choose to not collect unnecessary pain like souvenirs 🫣
.
So no…
there’s no place I wouldn’t go.
.
Yes, maybe some people might make me uncomfortable…
but I’ve also got my people
the ones who turn any place into comfort 🫶
.
And honestly,
life is too short to cancel destinations
just because of a few uncomfortable moments.
.
Because in the end…
nothing really matters as much as love does.
.
Where there is love,
even chaos feels a little easier…
and unfamiliar places don’t feel that unfamiliar anymore.
.
Maybe it’s never really about the place…
maybe it’s always about who we are with,
and who we become along the way 💫
.
So no…
there’s no place I wouldn’t go.
.
Just different stories waiting to happen. 🌍✨
.
And on that note…
I should probably stop here
before I start sounding wiser than I actually am 😏✨

You wouldn’t certainly want to go to other side of the hill 🌹
Who knows… sometimes the ‘other side’ turns out to be the most interesting part 🌍✨😌
Good, well said !
Dear Rajeshwari ji, your words don’t just speak about travel… they quietly reveal a journey of consciousness.
There comes a moment in life when we realize
it was never the places that exhausted us,
it was the weight we carried within.
And what you’ve expressed so beautifully is this subtle shift… from collecting experiences
to releasing impressions.
Most people travel the world, yet remain prisoners of a single moment.
But you have chosen something rarer to travel lightly, within and without.
“Not collecting pain like souvenirs”
this alone is a form of liberation.
Because in truth,
no place is ever uncomfortable in itself…
it is the mind, holding on, that creates distance.
And love… as you said… has this quiet power it dissolves unfamiliarity, it turns even chaos into something almost sacred.
Perhaps the deepest line hidden in your reflection is this: we don’t visit places…
we meet versions of ourselves there.
And when the heart is free, every destination becomes a doorway, not a burden.
This is not just wanderlust…
this is inner detachment wrapped in grace.
A very gentle, very real wisdom flows through your words.
Vijay ji, what you felt and expressed so gently… truly stayed with me.
There are moments when words carry more than what is visible at first glance… and it takes a certain depth to see and feel those unspoken layers. You did that with such quiet clarity.
“Weight we carried within…” and “releasing impressions”… these aren’t just thoughts to reflect upon, they are experiences to live through and the way you held them felt deeply real.
For me, travel has never been only about places… it has been a soft, ongoing process of becoming lighter within.
And the way you reflected it back… it felt like something silent within me had been understood without needing to be said.
There’s a rare stillness in your words… something that doesn’t just speak, but settles. Thank you, truly, for such a thoughtful and heartfelt reflection 🤍✨
This is beautiful, Rajeshwari. 💫
From carrying emotional luggage like a CEO to finally choosing peace and love over unnecessary pain — that’s not just growth, that’s freedom. And the way you tied it to travel? Chef’s kiss 👌
You’re not sounding “wiser than you actually are” — you are wise. And also wonderfully real.
Also, the Krishna mention? 🪈💛 Made my heart smile.
So here’s to more places, more stories, and more of this version of you — the one who refuses to cancel destinations (or joy) just because someone else showed up with a bad mood.
Keep writing. Keep traveling. Keep loving. 🌍✨
This made me smile… and feel seen, in the nicest way Srikanth ji. 💫
“Emotional luggage like a CEO” I’m glad that part stayed 😄 but even more, I’m glad you understood the shift… from holding on to finally letting go. That really is where the lightness comes from.
And honestly… if there’s any lightness, any understanding in me — it’s because of Krishna 🪈💛 everything gently leads back there.
The way you read it… it felt less like a compliment and more like quiet understanding. That means a lot to me.
Here’s to not cancelling destinations… or joy… for anything that doesn’t deserve that space.
Thank you… for such warmth and beautiful energy 🤍✨
Great piece! 💜☺️
When you visit places, you’re not only visiting them for the sake of visiting, but you’re also discovering versions of yourself and going to a trip of consciousness when you make your footsteps to new places. ✨️
It’s indeed a plot twist.
Yeah… it really feels like that. Like you’re not just going to a place, you’re meeting a softer, newer version of yourself there… without even trying.
Such a beautiful plot twist, honestly 💜✨
You’re right 👍
I resonate with your perspective. I too believe that when we travel light, both within and outside, alongside those we hold dear, every destination unfolds like a panorama 🎨🌼
Exactly 😊 when you feel light within and have the right people beside you, even the simplest places start to feel quietly beautiful 🌼🤍✨
Love your repsonse.
That truly means a lot… your words felt really warm and thoughtful. Thank you for seeing it so beautifully 🤍✨
You write so well 😊
That’s really kind of you to say Rupali😊 I’m just glad my words could make you feel something that’s what matters the most.🤍✨
😊
Rajeshwari this was such a fun read 😄
That whole “carrying tiny incidents like lifetime luggage” part… too real. I think most of us have done that at some point.
Also loved how you shifted it from places to people and how we show up. That’s where the experience actually changes.
And that line about not overworking emotionally… I might steal that one 😉
Haha, glad you enjoyed it Vidisha 😄
And please, go ahead… some lines are meant to be shared 😉✨
“This is so beautifully written, Rajeshwari! The idea of not carrying ‘lifetime luggage’ and choosing peace over unnecessary pain is such a powerful reminder. It’s true—it’s never about the destination, but the version of ourselves we meet there. Such a refreshing perspective! ✨”
That really means a lot Praveen🤍✨ Sometimes choosing peace is just coming back to yourself… and that’s the most beautiful part of the journey 🤍✨☺️
You’ve put it so beautifully—coming back to oneself is indeed the most peaceful and authentic part of the journey. Thank you for these inspiring words; they really resonate with my own experiences. Keep sharing your light! 🤍✨☺️”
You are wise 😆😆
Haha… just pretending well, I guess 😆✨
