What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?
What’s the thing I’m most scared to do?
Almost… everything.
I’m an introvert.
Fear isn’t a rare emotion for me
it’s a regular visitor.
Doesn’t knock. Just walks in.
Speaking up? Scary.
Starting something new? Terrifying.
“What will people think?”
That fear comes with a lifetime subscription.
I’m like a pretty little plant
that flinches even in sunlight,
yet somehow keeps growing
because not growing was never really an option.
The funny part?
The very things I try to run from,
life places right in front of me
no warning, no choice.
“Here. You have to do this.”
And every time I think,
Should I run?
Hide?
Disappear into a corner where nobody will find me?
And I ask myself,
What would it take to get me to do it?
But then… something happens.
A tiny initiative.
The smallest beginning.
Hands shaking, heart racing
yet one step forward anyway.
Yes, people judge.
And yes, I judge myself even more.
But somewhere inside that fear
lives something rare
like a diamond hidden inside a difficult stone.
Quiet. Precious. Real.
I’m not fearless.
I’m just moving
with fear beside me,
with love in my pocket,
and a little sense of humour to survive.
Maybe courage isn’t about being brave at all.
Maybe it’s about existing,
and still choosing to begin.

Happy beautiful morning, Rajeshwari. Have a wonderful day. Yes, it’s true that people carry some fear or the other in their hearts. When it’s a new beginning, a new place, or anything else, there are many reasons to be scared. When hands tremble, heart beats faster and mind becomes scared. Yes, it happens. But when we understand and overcome that fear, it becomes a game again. Yes, it’s difficult, but not impossible. When a person starts getting scared due to fear, he loses the joy of life. I think you’re courageous, Rajeshwari. There’s a saying that courage destroys fear.Anyway, your words are so wise that even someone reading your post might inspire courage. Yes, writing can also boost courage. Some people and writing are meant to be remembered for life. These words of yours are not posts, but lessons. 😊💐
Hey Krish, Thank you for saying that.🤍✨ I just wrote what fear has felt like in my own experiences, so it’s nice to know the words connected with you. You’re right courage doesn’t come all at once, it grows slowly as we understand ourselves better. If my post reminded someone of that, then I’m really glad. Your message was very thoughtful. Thanks for reading with so much kindness. 🤍✨
Moving with your fear and making an effort to conquer it each day by making improvements within yourself makes you a better person in general…
This gives hope to people who are stuck to move ahead and live with their fears until they’ve overcome it altogether…!
😇🤍
You said it so nicely that even my fear is blushing now. 😄☺️ And yes, that’s exactly it we don’t magically “delete” fear… we just learn to drag it along while improving a little every day.🤍✨ I’m really happy my post made you think this way.✨ If it gives someone a tiny push to move forward, then that’s a win for me too.🤍✨Thanks for such a thoughtful and surprisingly deep comment. 😄✨
This is beautifully honest and quietly powerful 🤍✨ Your words capture the courage that lives inside fear, not outside it. Growing despite trembling is its own kind of bravery 🌱💫 I admire how you honor sensitivity without diminishing strength. That diamond you speak of is real—and it shines because you keep choosing to begin. Keep going, gently, bravely, exactly as you are 💎🌸
This honestly made me smile 🤍😁
Thank you for reading it so thoughtfully and sharing this it really means a lot.🤍✨So glad it connected with you. Appreciate you 🌸✨
Silent Melody of Nature
In the hush between heartbeats, nature sings.
Light slips through leaves like a whispered prayer.
Rivers speak without words, teaching patience to time.
The sky listens—nothing is said, yet everything is understood. 🌿
Thank you Abhijit🤍✨ I’m really glad this resonated with you 🤍✨
Quiet courage is still courage🌱♥️
Yes, always 🤍 Really appreciate this 🤍✨
This grabbed me; your take on starting despite fear feels powerful and truly motivating.
Really appreciate this Aarav🤍 It means a lot that it felt motivating to you.🤍✨
Rajeshwari ji,
This is a profoundly honest and tender piece. You have given fear a voice not to glorify it, but to walk with it, and that itself is quiet courage.
Your lines capture what many introverts live but rarely articulate: fear not as drama, but as a constant companion; growth not as triumph, but as necessity. The metaphor of the “pretty little plant” that flinches yet keeps growing is especially moving fragile on the surface, resilient at the root.
What makes this writing powerful is its gentleness. You don’t claim victory over fear; you acknowledge it, smile at it, and still take one trembling step forward. That is a far deeper bravery than loud confidence. The idea that courage may simply be existing and choosing to begin anyway will resonate with so many quiet souls.
And that diamond in the stone yes. That is you. Not flashy, not shouting, but real, rare, and earned through pressure.
“Courage doesn’t shout; it moves anyway”
this line stays.
Thank you for giving language to quiet strength.

Mr. Vijay, thank you so much 🤍✨
Your words really touched me it feels so nice to be understood like this.🤍✨I’m honestly grateful you took the time to read and share such kind thoughts.🤍It means a lot to feel seen and supported, and your message stayed with me long after reading 🤍✨”
This is so honest and beautifully written. Fear is real, but so is the quiet courage in taking that next step anyway.
Thank you so much 🤍 ✨That really means a lot to me. Fear may always be there, but learning to walk alongside it gently, at our own pace is its own kind of courage. I’m glad the words resonated🤍 ✨
Absolutely, I feel the same way… I have many posts about fear, so I know first-hand how real it can be. The key is trusting God even when fear is present. As the Bible says, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-discipline” – 2 Timothy 1:7
Walking with Him gives courage, even in the quiet moments.
Thank you for sharing this so thoughtfully.🤍✨
Fear is indeed very real, and finding strength beyond ourselves makes a big difference.
I truly appreciate your perspective 🤍✨
Amen 🙌 Be Blessed and Be a Blessing…
Beautifully expressed
Thank you for your kind words. I really appreciate it.🤍✨
Amazing 😍 love from Los Angeles 🫶💕
Thank you for the love 🫶💕 Means a lot sending warm wishes to Los Angeles!🤍✨
Welcome 🤗
What feels especially honest is that you’re not trying to defeat fear — you’re walking with it. That shift makes the courage more real. It’s not loud. It’s companioned.
There’s something quietly powerful in that.
That’s such a beautiful way to put it Livora.🤍✨You’re right I’m not trying to silence fear anymore. I’ve just stopped fighting it. It walks with me, and I walk anyway. Maybe that’s what makes it real not the absence of fear, but the willingness to move with it. Thank you for seeing that so tenderly. It means more than you know. ✨
